General information, not advice on your matter

This site describes what the firm does and how matters of that kind proceed in Israel. It does not tell you what will happen in yours, and it does not promise you an outcome.

The content is general

Everything published here — the practice pages, the articles, the description of the firm's experience — is written for a reader in general, not for a matter in particular. It does not take account of your facts, your documents, your counterparty or your timing, and any one of those can change the answer.

Law and practice also move. A page that was accurate when it was written may not be accurate when you read it, and nothing here is undertaken to be current.

No result is promised

Nothing on this website promises that a bank account will be opened, that a transfer will be approved, that a permit, licence or visa will be granted, that a registration will be accepted, or that a claim will succeed.

Those decisions are not the firm's to make. They belong to banks, to ministries and authorities, to registries and to the courts, and each of them decides on its own criteria. What the firm undertakes is to prepare the matter properly and to present it — and to say at the outset what the requirements are, what remains uncertain and what is in nobody's control.

If any page on this site reads as a promise of an outcome, it is a drafting error. Tell us and it will be corrected.

Past work does not predict a future result

The Representative Experience page describes categories of work, not particular matters: no client, transaction, amount, proceeding or outcome is identified there. Even so, nothing on that page — or anywhere else here — should be read as an indication of what would happen in your matter. Similar cases are not the same case.

Contact is not a retainer

Sending the inquiry form, emailing the office or calling does not create a lawyer and client relationship. That begins only with a written engagement between the firm and the client.

Until then, do not send confidential or privileged material: what you send before an engagement may not be protected, and the firm may already be acting for someone on the other side of the matter.

Where the firm can act

ZUBOK & PARTNERS is an independent Israeli law firm, and it advises on Israeli law. This site is read in many countries. Nothing here is an offer to practise law, or advice on the law, of a country where the firm is not admitted.

Where a matter needs the law of another country, the firm works with the client's own lawyers there, and takes the Israeli part of the file.

Advertising rules

This website is written to comply with the rules on advertising that apply to members of the Israel Bar Association.

That is why there are no client names or logos here, no testimonials, no rankings or awards, no figures for the number or value of matters handled, no success rates, and no comparison with other firms. The absence is deliberate. Anything on the site that reads as a boast is a drafting error, and we would rather hear about it than leave it standing.

How information you send is handled is under Privacy Policy. The terms for reading the site, including links to other sites and rights in the content, are under Terms of Use.
