What this website does with your information
There is one place on this site where you give us anything: the inquiry form. This page says what that form asks for, what happens to it, and what the site loads from outside while you read.
What this page covers
This page is about the website. It is not about the files of clients the firm already acts for — how those are handled is set out in the engagement between the firm and the client, not here.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and writing to us does not by itself make us your lawyers. That is set out under Legal Disclaimer and Terms of Use.
What the inquiry form asks for
The form on the contact page has eleven fields. Three of them are needed before it will send: your name, an email address to reply to, and a description of the matter. The rest are there because they usually shorten the first exchange, and you can leave any of them empty.
- Full name
- Company name
- Position
- Business email
- Telephone
- Country
- Preferred language
- Area of assistance
- Brief description of the matter
- Estimated transaction or dispute value — marked optional on the form
- Preferred method of contact
Please keep the description short and general at this stage. Do not send identity documents, bank statements, contracts or anything about another person through the form: it has no place to attach a file, and until the firm has agreed to act there is no safe assumption that what you send is protected. If the matter needs documents, we will tell you how to send them.
What happens when you press the button
The eleven fields are sent to this website's own server, which puts them into an email to the firm's mailbox and keeps no copy of its own: there is no database behind this form, no file left on the server, and no outside form service between you and the firm. The email carries the eleven fields, which page you sent them from, and the time it arrived. Nothing else.
The email address you give is used as the reply address of that message, so that answering you is a single step. Nothing about the inquiry is stored on your device.
Two values travel with the form that are about the form and not about you: a field that stays empty unless an automated sender fills it in, and how long the form was open before you pressed the button. They are how the firm keeps robot submissions out of its mailbox. Neither goes into the email.
If the server cannot pass your inquiry to mail, it says so on the page and gives you the direct address instead. It does not pretend to have sent it.
Why we ask for it
To read the inquiry, to work out whether the firm can act on it and who should, and to reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not use what you send to build a mailing list, and the firm does not send marketing.
Who sees it
The lawyers and staff of ZUBOK & PARTNERS who are dealing with the reply, and nobody else. We do not sell inquiries, share them, or pass them to any other company. No form service, no marketing platform and no analytics company stands between the form and the firm's mailbox.
How long it is kept
Your inquiry stays where it arrives: in the firm's mailbox, as correspondence, for as long as the exchange about your matter is running. An inquiry that does not lead anywhere is not kept as a record of a potential client. If the firm takes the matter on, the file that follows is governed by the engagement, not by this page.
What the site loads from outside
Two things, and one of them only if you ask for it.
- Fonts. Every page asks Google Fonts for the typefaces it is set in. Your browser makes that request to Google directly. If it fails — no connection, a blocked domain — the page still works and falls back to a font already on your device.
- The map on the contact page, only after you press it. The map is not loaded when the page opens. Until you press the Show map button, the page makes no request to Google Maps and no Google cookie is set. Press it and Google's map loads inside a frame, and Google may then set cookies of its own. The office address is printed as text next to it, and the links to Google Maps and to Waze work without loading anything.
Beyond that, nothing. No analytics, no visitor counter, no advertising or tracking pixel, no social network widget, no chat window, no pop-up, no cookie banner — because until you press the map there is nothing to consent to.
Links that leave the site — Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp — are that site's business once you follow them, not ours.
Cookies
The site sets none of its own. The only cookies that can appear are Google's, and only after you have pressed the button that loads the map.
Your rights
Write to Office@zuboklaw.co.il and you can ask us:
- what we hold about you;
- to correct it, if it is wrong;
- to delete it.
We will answer. If there is something we are required to keep, we will say so rather than delete it quietly.
Changes to this page
If what the site does with your information changes, this page changes with it: it describes the site as it is, not as it is planned to be. There is no archive of earlier versions on the site.
