The terms for reading this website

Every page here describes kinds of work and how matters of that kind usually proceed in Israel. None of it is advice on a particular matter. A real matter turns on its own facts, its own documents and its own timing, and any of those can change the answer completely.

So do not act, or decide not to act, on the strength of this site alone. If the matter is real, put it to a lawyer — us or anyone else — and get an answer about it.

Sending the inquiry form, writing to the office address or calling does not create a lawyer and client relationship. That relationship begins only when the firm and the client have agreed the engagement in writing.

Two consequences worth knowing before you write:

• Until the firm has agreed to act, do not send confidential or privileged material. What you send before an engagement may not be protected.
• The firm may already act for someone on the other side of your matter, or may be unable to take it for another reason. We check that before agreeing to act, and we may have to decline without explaining why.

The site links out — to Google Maps, to Waze and to WhatsApp from the contact page, and elsewhere where a page has reason to. Those sites are not ours. We do not control what they contain, whether they still work, or what they do with the information they collect from you, and we are not responsible for any of it. A link is not an endorsement.

The text, the layout and the design of this site, and the name and mark ZUBOK & PARTNERS, belong to the firm.

You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it, copy it into another site or a commercial product, or use the firm's name or mark, without the firm's written permission.

The site is offered as it stands. We do not undertake that it will always be available, that it will be free of error, or that a page will still be here tomorrow: pages can change, move or be removed as the firm's work changes.

To the extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for loss arising from the use of this site, from reliance on anything written here, or from anything found on a site this one links to.

These terms, and the use of this website, are governed by Israeli law.

These terms can change as the site changes. Using the site after a change means the version then published applies, and there is no archive of earlier versions here.
