Where a claim is brought by or against an employer, it is handled first in correspondence and then, where it has to be, before the Israeli labour courts.

Real Estate & Investments

What is actually being sold, who is entitled to sell it, and what rights and obligations travel with it are established before anything is signed. For a buyer or seller who is not resident in Israel the file then has to be built out of documents and instructions rather than meetings, and the filings by which the transaction is recorded are carried out here.

Dispute Resolution & Litigation

A commercial dispute is prepared with the settlement in view as well as the hearing: many such matters end better in a negotiated agreement than in a judgment. Where they do not, the claim is conducted before the Israeli courts and reported in English.
